1. About Bober

Bober is a SaaS platform operated by bober ("Bober", "we", "us", or "our"), providing online booking, client management, and CRM tools for barbershops, beauty salons, and similar businesses. By using our service at app.bober.tr or bober.tr (the "Service"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription & Billing

Bober is offered as a monthly subscription priced at €29 per month. Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data;
Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent;
Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications.

4. Data & Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We process personal data on your behalf as a data processor.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content of the Service are owned by bober or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bober shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. Upon termination you will have 30 days to export your data; after that it will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
