By accessing or using the Bober platform ("Service"), operated by Bober ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bober provides a cloud-based booking and client management platform for barbershops, beauty salons, and similar businesses. Features include online appointment scheduling, client records, staff management, and related tools.
To use the Service you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Bober and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bober shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
