Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Bober offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can evaluate the full platform before committing to a paid plan. No charges are made during the trial period.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data is retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, allowing you to reactivate or export
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of first payment — full refund, no questions asked
- Service outage — if the platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the downtime
- Duplicate charges — accidental or duplicate payments are refunded in full
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Partial months after the 14-day refund window
- Add-on services or one-time purchases already delivered
- Subscriptions cancelled after the current billing period has started (access continues until period end)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the request. We process refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel to prevent renewal, but the remaining period is non-refundable.
