Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Bober SaaS platform operated by bober, with payments processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Bober, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. No questions asked.

2. Recurring Subscription Renewals

After the initial 14-day period, monthly renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Exceptional Cases

We may issue a pro-rata refund if:

  • The Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault;
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge);
  • You are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@bober.tr with:

  • The email address associated with your account;
  • The date of the charge;
  • The reason for your refund request (optional for the 14-day guarantee).

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

5. Cancellation Instructions

To cancel your subscription, go to Billing in your Bober account and click Manage Subscription. This opens the Paddle customer portal where you can cancel immediately. Your access remains until the end of the paid period.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most disputes can be resolved quickly through support.
